I'm not a mathematician, so how can I become a programmer?
Again we want to destroy this persistent and dangerous myth: a mathematician does not mean a programmer, and a programmer does not mean a mathematician. Here, apparently, there is confusion between programmers themselves and specialists involved in the development of algorithms (the latter need higher mathematics very much!).
A good programmer must have a mastery of logic, and the level of mathematics may well be school level. This is confirmed by the huge number of our successful humanities graduates - former journalists, linguists, culturologists, teachers.
